Acceptance Criteria

• Modify Kind to ServiceBinding and ApiVersion to operators.coreos.com/v1alpha1
• Remove Support for ApplicationSelector, convert it into a list
• Remove support BackingServiceSelector
• Docs should reflect both.
• Please find the results of my exploration in the CHANGES section in https://github.com/redhat-developer/service-binding-operator/pull/495 The assignee of this story should implement the agreed upon changes.
