Create acceptanace test for 'knative_postgresql_customvar' scenario

      Description

      The goal of this story is to automate the knative_postgresql_customvar example using the BDD framework identified in APPSVC-581 so that it can be used as an automated e2e test.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Automated test for implementing the steps (end-to-end) described by the example is written.
