Goal:  As a user of Helm, I want to consume Helm 3 on OpenShift in a supported way. The goal of this epic brief is to capture work related to providing a supported Helm 3 experience for OpenShift users

Problem:  Helm 3 is an upstream open-source project. To support Helm 3 on OpenShift, there are a number of work tasks both one-time and on-going that need to be captured such as enterprise image builds, etc.

Why is this important: Support is an essential part of the Red Hat value proposition and a basic customer expectation.
