Description of problem:

In Service namespace, Primaza's resources that need a finalizer (e.g. Service Class) are not deleted on Agent's deployment deletion.
During Deployment termination, the controller has not enough time to process and remove the finalizers from existing resources.

An approach for solving the problem may be to add a finalizer on the Agent's Deployment.

Run a scenario for application namespace cleanup

Actual results:

Sometimes, agent is gone but resources are not

Agent and Primaza resources are gone
