As an OpenShift user, I'd like to ensure SBO's conformance with the upstream specification we follow.

Background (Required)

The upstream working group has been putting together a conformance test suite for implementors of the specification.  We should run these tests in our CI pipeline so that we can catch breakages before they land in our repository.

We should have test suite runs happen in all pull requests that are filed.
