Acceptance criteria:
3 periodic jobs are setup in OpenShift CI to run SBO performance test weekly:

• Current version of DevSandbox's underlying OpenShift
• Latest version of OpenShift that is GA
• Next version of OpenShift to be released

The tests use current "master" version of SBO (installed from quay.io/redhat-developer/servicebinding-operator:index index image)
The tests have defined a thresholds for average and maximal values of KPI (for memory and CPU) and the test compares the actual values captured in kpi.yaml with those thesholds, and it the treshold is exceeded, the test job fails and send notification to #forum-appsvc-notify Slack channel with the link to the job artifacts
