      As an SBO Developer I would like to release SBO 1.3 with CVE fix to address the bad grade in artifacthub and OLM Descriptor disabled

      Background (Required)

      Our Security Grade was drop from A to D due to a new CVE that came right after we release 1.2. We need to release again just because of CVE, however, there is a new know issue with SBO on OCP 4.11 that we also want to fix before the release.
