As an OpenShift user with Services on AWS, I would like to have a document guiding me on how to use SBO with ACK so that I can bind my applications to AWS RDS databases

Background (Required)

We are able to use service Binding as demonstrated by our Intern on a demo during the sprint review. We just need to make it a public artifact that we can point customers to.
