We need to use the upstream version of the performance test in downstream to keep performance testing consistent and maintainable accross upstream and downstream.

Background (Required)

Currently, the downstream performance testing job (sbo-on-sb-perf) uses older version of the performance test that is no longer maintained. On the other hand the performance test has been moved to upstream (via https://github.com/redhat-developer/service-binding-operator/pull/1138).

Approach(Required)

The definition of the downstream job for running the performance test as part of the release process needs to be modified to use the same approach as for the upstream PR check.

Acceptance Criteria

The downstream performance testing job sbo-on-sb-perf is using upstream version of the test.
