Approach(Required)

Make release already generates the resources needed for the release. The idea is to add a make release-chart that does the same helm release does, plus moves the resources to helm template directory. In addition the templates need to be modified according to the values.yaml field and the chart.yaml version will need to be bumped. If a new sha is available for the SBO image, sha will be update as well.
