Due to SSL certificate expiry all the requests from VSCode to platform are blocked.

      Root Cause:- https://letsencrypt.org/docs/dst-root-ca-x3-expiration-september-2021/

      App SRE Tickets:-
      https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ASIC-101
      https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ASIC-103

      Error Message:
      error Error: certificate has expired
      at TLSSocket.onConnectSecure (_tls_wrap.js:1497:34)
      at TLSSocket.emit (events.js:315:20)
      at TLSSocket._finishInit (_tls_wrap.js:932:8)
      at TLSWrap.ssl.onhandshakedone (_tls_wrap.js:706:12)
To fix this issue we need to create a new 3scale application with self hosted APICast with upgraded SSL certification and point VSCode to that application and then release a new version of VSCode extension.
