Deployer script references 1.1.6 configurations

      Deployer.sh has the following line:

      sed -i "s/jdbc\/ApiManagerDS/java\:jboss\/datasources\/apiman-manager/g" ~/apiman-manager -$APIMAN_VERSION/wildfly-8.2.0.Final/standalone/deployments/apiman-ds.xml

      This appears to no longer affect the apiman-ds.xml (a copy of apiman-ds_postgresql.xml OR apiman-ds_mysql.xml).
