      I try both public ip and internal ip, but all of them failure.

      Deploy Apiman in EC2 Host with elasticsearch as storage, set public ip 8443 port forward to apiman host.

      when I define Configuration Endpoin for one gateway, which ip address should I select? pulicb Ip/domian(api.xx.xx.com) or internal IP(192.168.0.x) ?
