Wrong Column Type in Table service_defs (postgres)

During the validation phase, hibernate throws the following exception:

Caused by: org.hibernate.HibernateException: Wrong column type in public.service_defs for column data. Found: bytea, expected: oid

I changed the column to oid, but i'm getting Service Not Found, looks like table service_defs doesn't get populated at all when the service is created?
