Hibernate configuration in apiman.properties is ignored

      It seems that the following configuration in apiman.properties is ignored 

      apiman.hibernate.dialect=org.hibernate.dialect.PostgreSQL82Dialect
apiman.hibernate.hbm2ddl.auto=create

      Setting these in apiman-standalone.xml works.
