Lately when working more with manager REST API I started seeing the following error:

16:08:22,020 WARN [org.hibernate.engine.jdbc.spi.SqlExceptionHelper] (default task-60) SQL Error: 0, SQLState: null
      16:08:22,021 ERROR [org.hibernate.engine.jdbc.spi.SqlExceptionHelper] (default task-60) javax.resource.ResourceException: IJ000453: Unable to get managed connection for java:/jdbc/ApiManagerDS

Server restart seems to be the only way to recover from this state.

After looking further into logs I have noticed the following warning during WF startup

16:01:25,688 WARN [org.hibernate.internal.SessionFactoryImpl] (ServerService Thread Pool -- 53) HHH000008: JTASessionContext being used with JDBCTransactionFactory; auto-flush will not operate correctly with getCurrentSession()
