Add workaround for locale issue in ESMetricsAccessorTest

Presently expects first day of the week to be a Sunday (what sort of heathens would think that?! :o) ). Will set the locale manually to en_US in tests - at some point this should be improved to ensure it works properly with places where the week starts on other days (Monday, Saturday, etc).
