Areas that aren't adequately covered at the developer docs moment:

• No mention of the templates field in policyDef.json
• No mention that MVEL is allowed in `description` field of the above. We should link to the orb tags page, as it's a specific syntax variant - http://mvel.codehaus.org/MVEL+2.0+Orb+Tags
• We could probably have some tips/points on i18n? Namely, do it in the plugin, but at the moment it's not yet supported in the UI aspects.
