Create a SDK for creating JSON Schema based policy configuration forms

It can be a little tricky to create a JSON Schema for a plugin policy's configuration UI. Let's create a little SDK that can be downloaded to make it quick to iterate on JSON Schema changes. The SDK should just be a static HTML page that allows the user to edit their JSON Schema and then preview how it will look in the apiman Add Policy UI.
