Add "Export All" options to Application UI's APIs tab

Currently the APIs tab allows the user to see the list of contracts in a nice table and provides detailed information about the managed endpoints and the API keys. The entire list should be exportable as both XML or JSON. This will allow app developers to import that information into their client applications.
