Need a clearer visual cue to highlight the Managed Service dialog button

See the attached screenshots - the icon that opens the dialog that displays the application URL to the user does not inlcude a tooltip or other visual clue as to the function of the icon.

Also, when the dialog is opened, the user must perform the extra step of pressing control/C* to copy the endpoint URL.

It would be better to show the full URL and provide the user with a "copy to clipboard" option - and have that option be highlighted to the user with a visual clue.
