Retrieve API Urls (app API registry) from the Gateway

The API registry shows the user a list of all APIs consumable by an application. This page displays the API Key that must be used to invoke a service properly, as well as the live HTTP endpoint to hit. The latter should be retrieved from the gateway, rather than coming from gateway configuration.
