We need to support Fuse as a runtime environment for apiman. This includes all three aspects: dt-api, dt-ui, gateway (rt)

The dt-api should run as a set of bundles.

The dt-ui should be integrated into hawt.io.

The gateway should be integrated into the fuse gateway.
