Button gets stuck in "Retiring" state after cancelling "Retire" API request

      Step to reproduce:
      1. Create and publish API
      2. Click "Retire" button in API configuration window -> Dialog pops up with text: Do you really want to retire this API? This action cannot be undone.
      3. Click "Cancel" -> Dialog disappears but button stays in "Retiring..." state forever

      Workaround:
      Refresh browser window
