Cannot delete API (Error 409)

      Home > Manage API, click existing API name, click gear icon then click "Delete API"

      Home > Manage API, click existing API name, click gear icon then click "Delete API"

      When trying to delete existing API that has been created, it wont be deleted but it shows 409 page instead
