It is currently very hard to investigate DNS issues in OCP. To improve that, we could add metrics to the clients to detect DNS errors more easily.
deliverables:
- ci should have e2e timeline for client error / dns error
- kas, oas, kcm, scheduler operators should publish these metrics
- client dashboard should show this metric
