      The e2e-aws-encryption CI job has been broken since its was added because the `test-e2e-encryption` makefile rule used by this job returns the following message:

      make: Nothing to be done for 'test-e2e-encryption'.

      There is a WIP PR already opened for this: https://github.com/openshift/library-go/pull/1470
