      We reserve time and effort to increase upstream involvement and be active in issue triaging, bug fixing, KEP reviews, and sig meetings.

      To accomplish goals we should reserve, on average, 30% of our working time for upstream involvement.

      Note: the subtasks are not a complete list. There is a lot of chop wood, carry water that is not visible. Those are the big topics only.
