1) What is the nature and description of the request?

-> Customer has requested to have a boolean type for surveys.  They want to configure boolean questions/answers in Template surveys.

They need the possibility to create a survey with boolean values (true/false).

2) Why does the customer need this? 

-> The customer wants to make their surveys more versatile and useful in the Ansible Automation Platform. By adding this feature, they can create job templates that better fit their business workflow. This will improve how they gather information and make decisions using surveys.
