Background
The following collections are currently maintained by the network and security automation team:
cisco.asa
trendmicro.deepsec
ibm.qradar
splunk.es
The challenge to keep them as part of the certified collections is the lack of software and licenses available to include tests as part of the software development.
This will impact the maintenance of mentioned collections as they will not align with latest changes, RFEs and bugs of the corresponding ISV products.
User Stories
As a customer I want certified collections to be actively maintained and tested in alignment with the automated product or technology roadmap.

Definition of Done
- Deprecation notices are sent for agreed collections through upstream, partners, and Red Hat internal communication channels
- Outreach maintainers to assess the interest to maintain and support existing collections as part of the certification program. This will be done via upstream community and with corresponding Red Hat ecosystem account/alliance teams.
- Collections ownership is transferred to upstream community or the corresponding ISV partner
