As we are migrating the network CI jobs to Software Factory, we need to follow below steps to migrate all network collections 

1. rebuild the appliance image with the right SSH key
2. upload the new image
3. prepare the configuration to be able to spawn instances based on the image
4. prepare an ansible-ee based integration tests, this basically means we will move a couple of playbooks
5. reiterate 4 until it works
