Document that "::" has to be escaped in broker properties

      When using broker properties in broker's CR yaml file to configure security roles for FQQN the "::" element in the FQQN has to be escaped. This has to be documented since at the moment it is not and therefore is generating support cases.

    - 'securityRoles."foo-address\:\:foo-queue".foo-role.send=true'
