In 2021, we split out all the component docs for AMQ, so nowadays Streams, Broker, Clients all have their own splash page, and user navigates from https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_amq/
(The motivation here was that users found it difficult to navigate to a specific version of a component, but now each component splash page has versioning on the left hand side)
 
AMQ Clients 3 is taking the next step and allowing users to navigate to the version of each client for their documentation. 
For example, if I'm using AMQ JMS client, it has a version and it becomes difficult to find the appropriate documentation today.

Each gdoc page is a splash page and the first page is an umbrella page to allow navigation to your technology of choice (btw the links work on that first page).
The long term plan is that the umbrella page would never be updated
