GSS feedback - Network Pinger should be documented as a configuration for HA replication

      There are two types of configuration for HA replication, however the downstream docs a only mention the quorum based voting. Network Pinger should be documented as optional configuration for HA replication which mentioned in the upstream docs [2]. Note, these are mutually exclusive solutions to split brain.
