In section " 5.3. Modularizing the Broker Configuration File" of the "Using AMQ Broker" the doc mentiones

The broker reloads configuration updates based on the frequency set in the configuration-file-refresh-period setting in the broker.xml file.

However configuration-file-refresh-period will not work when changing just the modularised file.
This should be clarified in the docs to avoid any confusion.
