Customer feedback - linkRoute reconnect behavior should be documented

This issue has been raised on the findings of ENTMQIC-1994. When Interconnect is configured with a linkRoute and client connects using failover, the link will not be reestablished should the routers connection to the broker fail. If auto-reconnect is a required Interconnect should be configured with autoLink.
