In document-conventions.adoc, we use nested tagged regions to achieve conditionalization (which is necessary because each AMQ doc can include the sudo convention, the file path convention, or both depending on the document).

While tags work for this use case, they're not very elegant (and require you to include the document in itself). Instead of using tags, we should use Asciidoctor's built-in conditionalization preprocessing (ifdef) to include the appropriate doc conventions in each AMQ doc.
