Broker Guide should recommend HA policy

      In today's support meeting, it was discussed that in the Broker doc, we should recommend shared store as the preferred HA policy. Replication is more for customers who don't have a shared file system (i.e. SAN).

      Also a list of pros and cons of each one would be beneficial.
