Missing instructions on permissions

In the Users & Roles section of the Broker guide, nowhere does it say what permissions the user needs to send or receive a message. We have a table listing permissions and what they do, but not the 'why'.

For example, it says you can use createAddress to create an address, but when do you need an address?

As a user, I want to send some messages to a topic - what permissions do I need? We need to make it clear that if you're using X client this is what you need - and it's different for each client.

Right now, the only way a user can find this info is by trial and error.
