Building locally after a rebase I get errors when on any new or existing branch related to several internal anchors. That turned out to be a false flag, but I did notice that the build and html directories had made it into the repo, so I deleted them. The same thing happened to broker, broker-release-notes, and common, but I don't work in those projects so I did not touch them. Can easily make the changes however if needed.
