Customer feedback - Verify that interceptor doc examples match broker.xml

This JIRA is for tracking the fix to the issue in RED below:
"The product has many defects or regressions that needs a lot of investigation to make it work. The documentation is changing (interceptor appeared in the documentation after the initial release), incomplete (for instance, the bridge and the divert are not documented) or incorrect (e.g. interceptor documentation is incorrect on the configuration file). A simple action as a patch release install created a regression (the actual case) and required a workaround to have it working."
