Update screen shots in the Console Guide, except for "Managing AMQ Broker" chapter

This JIRA is to track verifying and updating Console screen shots after changes were made for the 7.0.3 release per ENTMQBR-698.

In addition, we should:

• Ensure that all screen shots add value. (Afterall, customers are presumably looking at the Console itself at the same time as the doc)
• Crop screen shots to exclude any unneccessary parts of the screen, to possibly help avoid further maintenance.
