      Could more detail be given to highlight the difference between these configurations and which scenario which configuration item impacts.

      I am guessing one is specific to a message send where the other is more general but it would be good to be more explicit.

      jms.sendTimeout - The time in milliseconds for which the client will wait for completion of a
      synchronous message send before returning an error. By default the client will wait indefinitely
      for a send to complete.
      
      jms.requestTimeout - The time in milliseconds for which the client will wait for completion of
      various synchronous interactions with the remote peer before returning an error. By default the
      client will wait indefinitely for a request to complete.
