Navigation in A-MQ 6.3 docs

      The current Fuse/A-MQ 6.3 documentation is much more difficult to navigate through than the 6.2.1 and previous documentation.

      This only affects the multi-page HTML view.

      The main issue is that the menu on the left has no tree structure apart from the top level list i.e. it isn't obvious that there is a RBAC section in the security guide. As a consequence within a document it isn't possible to provide anchor links to customers for specific sections anymore?

      I know that this may seem minor but for it to have regressed in terms of usability is unfortunate.
