This is very subjective bug but I think the order of topics in the cluster chapter makes it difficult to read/understand.
It seems to go through all the details of various discovery mechanisms *before* it shows how to actual define an cluster connection - currently "10.3.1. Configuring Cluster Connections" .
This will probably lead to people skipping many sections (if they are not using specific discovery mechanism) but also probably missing important intro info along the way.
IMHO I think it would be better to:
1) first give a proper overview of how a cluster is defined and configuration example of the simplest possible cluster connection definition - that is probably currently in section "10.5. SPECIFYING MEMBERS OF A CLUSTER EXPLICITLY".
2)build on initial example including the various discovery mechanisms - making the examples more complicated/involved as it progresses.
