Slicing and dicing release notes just prior to Alpha release has resulted in some problems in the Clients RNs.

• Chapter 1. General Features - we need more robust information
• Chapter 2. AMQP Python
  Intro paragraph - don't confuse customer w/ upstream version numbers; use downstream version numbers (Clients 1.1.0)
  Remove info referring to a different client? (Which I now cannot locate...Justin knows)

For all Clients New Features sections: We cannot just point upstream. We need to synthesize, categorize where possible, and rewrite. I assume that the same type of work needs to be done for Resolved Issues. This is going to be hard, since the source text is so scant to begin with.
