AIPCC Application Platform 3, AIPCC Application Platform 4
Backport the updated Docling and related dependencies from main to the 1.4 branch in support of the 1.4.4 release. This backport is necessary to resolve https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHELAI-3653 which breaks markdown doc conversion during synthetic data generation.
Follow the changes from main (https://github.com/instructlab/sdg/pull/583) and validate compatibility within the 1.4 build system. The 1.4.4 release depends on this backport, so timely resolution is critical.
