4. Justification & Testing

• Business Justification:
  The kfp (Kubeflow Pipelines SDK) package version 2.15.2 requires click-option-group==0.5.7 as a direct dependency. However, click-option-group is not currently available in the AIPCC 3.3 index.

This is blocking the AIPCC-enabled jupyter/datascience workbench image builds for all hardware variants (CPU, CUDA, ROCm). See AIPCC-9537 for the parent issue documenting the missing kfp dependencies.
