      instructlab-sdg 0.7.3 has lifted the upper version limit of Docling. Update builder to test with latest Docling and remove deepsearch-glm dependencies. Docling >=2.24 no longer depends on deepsearch-glm, https://github.com/docling-project/docling/pull/916
