To enable publishing of the RHAI 3.3 customer-facing index, we need formal legal approval to distribute IBM Spyre components across all supported architectures.

This story tracks the legal review and approval status for IBM Spyre on the following architectures:

• x86_64

• POWER (ppc64le)

• IBM Z (s390x)

Once approvals are confirmed for all three architectures, AIPCC can proceed with:

• Building public Python wheels

• Publishing customer-facing container images and indexes for RHAI 3.3

This item serves as the gating mechanism between Legal approval and downstream build/publish workflows.

Acceptance Criteria

• Legal approval confirmed and documented for IBM Spyre distribution on:

• • x86_64
  • POWER (ppc64le)
  • IBM Z (s390x)

• Third-party license references and legal links validated and approved

• Confirmation shared with AIPCC and RHAIIS stakeholders

• Story marked "Done" only after all three architectures are cleared
